Byron served as the Keynote Speaker for our organization’s annual Youth Summit. His presentation invigorated an audience of 200 young adults ages 16-24 to a point where they were excited to get up, network and meet their peers (which is very tough to do for this age range). He provided information that was beneficial not only to their career journey but to their life journey. The jewels he left with us were tangible, relevant and easy to digest. He had the perfect balance of professionalism and “swag” that kept an audience of this magnitude and demographic completely engaged.
